Founded in 1980, GITAM was inspired by the ideals of Mahatma Gandhi. With 12 schools across four campuses, we dedicate ourselves to nurturing minds and spirits in a pursuit of educational enlightenment.

About Conference / సమావేశం గురించి

This conference aims to provide an opportunity for the participants to critically analyze and explore the topics in Telugu. As per NEP 2020, the frontier Technologies such as AI, IoT and Big Data Analytics will be covered by the speakers in the fields of Green Energy, Energy Harvesting and Global Warming.

Full paper submissions are now open. Submission deadline has been extended to October 27, 2025. GREEN 2025 solicits high impact, high quality, original, and unpublished work related to one of the thematic areas. Prospective authors must follow the below mentioned instructions.

Paper Submission Instructions / పేపర్ సమర్పణ సూచనలు:

GREEN uses the Conference Management Toolkit (CMT) from Microsoft for online submission. CLICK HERE to visit CMT, create an account (if you don’t already have one), and upload your full paper.
Carefully select the Primary Subject Area during online submission — this helps in correctly classifying your paper for review.
Mandatory: Provide the names, affiliations, and email contacts of all authors in the online submission form.
Mandatory: Propose at least three reviewers who can review your paper. Include their names, affiliations, official email contacts, and areas of expertise. Reviewers should not belong to the same institution as the authors.
By submitting a paper to GREEN 2025, all authors agree to the Quality Policies of the Conference.

Instructions for Manuscript Preparation / పత్రరచన సిద్ధం చేయుటకు సూచనలు:

At this stage, there is no strict format for preparing the manuscript. However, once your submission is accepted for the conference, you will be required to prepare a Camera-Ready Paper in a specific format.
Prepare your manuscript in a single-column Word document using Times New Roman font with 1.5 line spacing. Use 10 pt font for text and 11 pt bold for headings/sub-headings.
All figures, tables, and illustrations in the manuscript must be properly captioned and cited in the text.
Include a sufficient number of recent and relevant references, and maintain uniform formatting while listing them.
All references must be cited in the text of the manuscript in serial order.
Use reference management tools like EndNote or Mendeley for inserting references.
The paper length should be between 4000–6000 words. Lengthy manuscripts will not be considered for review.
The total similarity index of the paper should be less than 10%, and less than 5% from any individual source.
